Today (so far):
20 oz. water
fiber supplement (4g carb - 4g dietary fiber = 0 calories)
As compared to yesterday:
half a buffalo chicken sub (lunch)
two chicken burritos (dinner)
bowl of ice cream (dessert)
*I had friends over all day- I just ate what they did. I don't feel that bad.
But today is going to make yesterday okay because IF I eat anything, it will be 3 bites of chicken or sugar-free jello. Also, my plan for tomorrow is LOTS of water and sugar-free jello. And that's probably all.
I feel good & confident that I can reach my short-term goal without letting hunger get in the way of a show i'm in which is an important concern of mine.
