CW: 124.5 low: 121 high: 148 STGW: 113 (March 1, 2007) LTGW: 100 (June 1, 2007)
Today (so far): 20 oz. water fiber supplement (4g carb - 4g dietary fiber = 0 calories) multivitamin
As compared to yesterday: half a buffalo chicken sub (lunch) two chicken burritos (dinner) bowl of ice cream (dessert) *I had friends over all day- I just ate what they did. I don't feel that bad.
But today is going to make yesterday okay because IF I eat anything, it will be 3 bites of chicken or sugar-free jello. Also, my plan for tomorrow is LOTS of water and sugar-free jello. And that's probably all.
I feel good & confident that I can reach my short-term goal without letting hunger get in the way of a show i'm in which is an important concern of mine. |

Based on the height and weight entered, the BMI is 18.9, placing the BMI-for-age at the 15th percentile for girls aged 18 years 9 months.
My exact stats are 119 lbs & 5'6.5"
The way I see it is, 15% of people my age weigh less than me.</big. |
